1. Worship your dogs. Get excited when you see someone as if you haven’t seen them in years and may never see them again. Note: if you live in the moment then you would be excited to see them because soon they’ll be gone leaving you in the now.
2. Make some raw live food changes now. Just incorporate 1-2 live raw vegan foods into every meal. The change will come from feeling good.
3. Give yourself a pat on the back. Say positive things to yourself and others. Here today gone tomorrow, your problems, that is. Enjoy life – get busy living.
4. Take a day and show up for yourself. You are the best creation why not treat your body like the perfect temple it is and give it the best ever.
5. Give your love to your father and mother, your real parents and your Mother Earth and Father Universe. Where your thoughts go, energy flows.
6. Treat all living things with love and respect especially consider not eating them. Bad karma can be taken in with foods. So eat wisely. Live and let live.
7. Stay true to you. Keep your passions and ideals close to your being and hold them dear.
8. Give with no expectation in return. Give with love and happiness.
9. Be honest. Be honest. With yourself and others.
10. Have your own dreams and goals. Take care not to get caught up expectations from outside yourself. Take inventory of what you are about and head in that direction.
